Kristian Framstad assumed the role of CFO at Ode on July 1. He joins from a similar position at MMC First Process and brings over 25 years of business experience, including senior positions at EY, Inmarsat, and Stokke.

“We are very pleased to have Kristian on the team. He has extensive and diverse industry experience and will be an important asset for us as we continue to grow,” says CEO Ola Kvalheim.

As CFO, Framstad will have primary responsibility for Ode’s financial management and planning. Going forward, he will also lead efforts to ensure an efficient capital structure to facilitate the company’s continued growth.

Kristian holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics and is a State Authorized Public Accountant. He resides in Ålesund and will work closely with both the operational and strategic management at Ode.
